Welcome to War Drum Signals, a service operated by War Drum Labs, LLC (“War Drum Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using War Drum Signals, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

War Drum Signals is a web monitoring service that allows customers to submit specific URLs for periodic monitoring. The service detects meaningful content changes and may provide summaries or alerts based on detected changes.

Monitoring intervals may include hourly, daily, weekly, or other intervals depending on the selected plan.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

2. No Guarantee of Detection or Delivery

War Drum Signals is provided on a best-effort basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • every webpage change will be detected
  • every detected change will be reported
  • alerts will be immediate
  • summaries will always be complete or accurate
  • uninterrupted service availability

Website structures, third-party protections, rate limits, access restrictions, and external outages may affect monitoring results.

Users should not rely on War Drum Signals as their sole source of critical business intelligence.

3. User Responsibility for Submitted URLs

You are responsible for all URLs you submit.

You agree not to submit URLs that:

  • violate applicable law
  • target systems you are not authorized to monitor where prohibited by law
  • attempt abuse of the platform
  • create excessive automated load beyond intended use

We reserve the right to suspend monitoring of any submitted URL at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • interfere with service operation
  • attempt unauthorized access
  • abuse account limits
  • use the service to support unlawful scraping or harmful activity
  • reverse engineer or attempt to duplicate the platform

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase.

Subscriptions renew unless canceled.

You may cancel future renewals at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

We may change pricing in the future with notice.

6. AI-Generated Summaries

Certain plans may include AI-assisted summaries of detected changes.

AI-generated summaries are informational only and may contain inaccuracies.

Users remain responsible for reviewing underlying content before making business decisions.

7. Service Availability

We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or infrastructure failures may temporarily affect service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, War Drum Labs, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • lost profits
  • business interruption
  • missed opportunities
  • data loss
  • indirect or consequential damages

Your use of War Drum Signals is at your own risk.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the previous 30 days.

9. Intellectual Property

All service design, software, workflows, summaries, branding, and platform logic remain property of War Drum Labs, LLC.

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute service output in a way that competes with the service.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • abuse
  • nonpayment
  • unlawful use
  • excessive system impact
  • violation of these terms

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically.

Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
