Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: May 6, 2026

This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) governs purchases and subscriptions for products and services provided by War Drum Labs, LLC (“War Drum Labs,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through wardrum.ai and related services, including but not limited to War Drum Watchtower, War Drum Signals, War Drum Mail Trust, and associated platforms, reports, monitoring services, APIs, and cybersecurity tools (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Digital Services Only

War Drum Labs, LLC provides digital software services, monitoring services, reports, cybersecurity analysis, and related informational products. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Because our Services involve the immediate allocation of computing resources, processing time, data collection, analysis, and report generation, refunds are limited as described below.

2. Subscription Services

Certain Services are offered on a recurring subscription basis.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring automatic billing at the interval disclosed during checkout unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the customer account portal or other self-service cancellation mechanism provided by War Drum Labs, LLC.

Cancellation stops future billing only.

Cancellation does not entitle the customer to a refund, partial refund, prorated refund, or credit for any current or prior billing period.

Once the first report, scan result, monitoring result, notification, assessment, or other deliverable has been generated for a subscription period, that billing period becomes non-refundable.

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Services without notice.

3. One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases, including but not limited to security scans, assessments, reports, audits, monitoring snapshots, and cybersecurity analysis products, become non-refundable once any report, result, assessment, analysis, or deliverable has been generated or made available to the customer.

Refund requests submitted prior to report generation may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of War Drum Labs, LLC.

4. Case-by-Case Refund Consideration

War Drum Labs, LLC may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests under limited circumstances.

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Approved refunds, if any, may be granted in whole or in part solely at the discretion of War Drum Labs, LLC.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be provided for circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • DNS propagation delays

  • Misunderstanding of product capabilities or limitations

6. Informational Nature of Services
