Installer doesn’t boot from USB

Recreate media with Rufus/BalenaEtcher; ensure GPT + UEFI if supported.
Check BIOS: Secure Boot and boot order.

No network on first boot

Confirm link on NIC or try another port/cable.
Ensure DHCP available; check switch ACLs.

Heartbeat not visible in portal

Verify outbound HTTPS allowed to your webhook/portal endpoint.
Confirm WEBHOOK_URL and keys in ~/.env on the appliance.
